Home workouts: 24-minute strength + hit at-home workout

Entirely you need is a set of average dumbbells for this 24-minute power and hit the at-home workout. I’m visualized using 15 lb dumbbells, but feel free to use whatsoever you have.

The workout is arranged in timed sets — for set one do each workout for 45 seconds, shadowed by 15 seconds of rest; set two 40 instants to work, 20 seconds rest; set three 35 seconds work, 25 seconds rest.

As you originate up, think about using your glutes to push your hips forward instead of lifting from your back. Keep core engaged and chest up during the entire drive.
